South Carolina DNR 2018 Regulations – Feral Hogs
Feral hogs may be hunted at night on a registered property on which a person has a lawful right to hunt, using any legal firearm, bow and arrow, or crossbow. This includes the use of bait, electronic calls, artificial lights, and night vision devices. A property may be registered online on the SCDNR website (www.dnr.sc.gov/nighthunt), and must be registered annually. It is unlawful to hunt feral hog at night on property not registered with SCDNR. Persons convicted of night hunting for deer, bear, or turkey during the previous five years are ineligible to hunt feral hogs at night.
